More VOIP News
General, Tech March 12th, 2005Newsweek clued me in to some new VOIP nuggets I had not yet heard about:
1) Vonage has annouced a new $100 Wi-Fi VOIP phone. See the prototype here at Engadget.com.
2) This new company, Teleo is offering a service that lets you plug your phone into your computer’s USB port and talk for (as low as) 2 cents a minute. I actually thought it was 2 cents a minute to anywhere in the world, but when I look at the website, the rates seem to differ by country.
