Just picked up Transmission by Hari Kunzru in paper. I enjoyed his first novel, The Impressionist, though it dragged a bit in places. Apparently, Mira Nair (Bombay Wedding), is directing the film adaptation of The Impressionist which means it has a chance to be good. I’m thinking this new book came out a little fast in paper, so perhaps it wasn’t the big hit it was supposed to be.
