Stephin Merritt has recorded seven albums with his band, The Magnetic Fields, tonight he is joined in conversation with novelist (and part-time musician) Rick Moody. Mr. Moody’s novels include The Ice Storm and The Diviners.

Following the discussion, Mr. Merritt will play a few songs on his ukulele.
