Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez: Collaborators in Over-the-Top Moviemaking
Hear filmmakers Quentin Tarantino (”Reservoir Dogs,” “Pulp Fiction,” “Kill Bill”) and Robert Rodriquez (”Spy Kids,” “Sin City”) — who each directed a part of the new “Grindhouse” double bill — discuss the appeal of the exploitation film, how they collaborate artistically, and whether it’s still possible to shock and amaze audiences who have already seen it all.
Moderated by New York Times Magazine editor at large Lynn Hirschberg, who profiled Oscar-winner Tarantino for The New York Times Magazine.
