Let me try to explain, it’s called “Complete My Album”, and here’s how it works: Apple, in its beneficence is offering customers a discount off the full album price if they have previously purchased single tracks off that same album. For instance, if you had previously purchased “When The Sun Goes Down” off of Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not, then you would only have to pay $9.00 (instead of the totally worth it $9.99) to “complete” this indie masterpiece.
