Nick Lowe @ Housing Works | July 20, 2007

Nick Lowe performed a solo acoustic set to an enthusiatic capacity crowd at the Housing Works Used Bookstore Cafe on Friday night. Even though it seemed like he hadn’t intended on playing an encore at all, the raucus crowd brought Nick back for two more songs. Here are some pics from the show (complete with mood lighting).

  1. Stephon says:

Renee Stahl almost put everyone to sleep. King Wilkie was better. Nick Lowe then brought down the house leaving us all wanting more. He stayed around signing anything he was asked.

  2. bumpershine says:

I actually thought Renee Stahl was quite pleasant, but I would have enjoyed her set more without the sound machine. King Wilkie was pretty good, but they seemed a little uncomfortable on that stage. Nick, of course, was the consummate professional.
