Where: St. Ann’s Warehouse, 38 Water St. Dumbo, Brooklyn
When: September 20, 2007 6pm

What: A whirlwind night filled with live music, dance and boxing?!?! Please join us to see the ingenuity and creativity of DUMBO cultural groups, halcyon, Bargemusic, Brooklyn Bodega, White Wave Dance Co., powerHouse arena, Brooklyn Arts Council, and Galapagos, as they adapt their repertoires for performance pieces within the confines of the boxing ring. The event program finishes with USABoxingMetro sanctioned matches as Junior Champions from Gleason’s Gym take to the ring! Other festivities include a Silent Auction, free food and beverages provided by Rice, and gallery space curated by Smack Mellon.

the boxing and music idea was proposed by me to bruce silverglade aka silverfish… more than a year ago he pilfered my idea and i have proof of it in the form of a voice mail he left on my machine i know more about boxing then he ever could learn from owning a gym belive me i have pictures of myself at gleasons when it was the home of champions and not just a place for yuppies to train call me ill tell you all the rest and prove to you what he,s about…. glenn leslie 718 465 1661 truth justice etc….

I KNOW THAT GLENN LESLIE KNOWS MORE ABOUT BOXING THEN ANYONE JUST THE OTHER NIGHT THE SO CALLED EXPERTS ON ESPN SAID THE FIGHT WITH WILLIAMS VS HERRERA THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE BY THE REF TO CALL THE DR IN TO DECIDE …THAT WAS NO MISTAKE THE REF DID HIS JOB…PROTECTING THE FIGHTER THAT IS.. AND WILLIAMS HURT .. STILL THOUGHT AT THAT POINT HE WAS TALKING TO THE REF AND NOT THE DR …CASE CLOSED GLENN LESLIE KNOWS BOXING ………………………
