Qtrax Makes Another Confusing Announcement

Hot on the heels of their non-launch at the end of January, today Qtrax announced an extension of its existing licensing agreements with EMI Music Publishing and SonyATV Music Publishing. It also named (the recently bankrupt) TVT Records as the first label to make its catalog available via the Qtrax service. [Billboard.com]
