Tonight at UCB: Bishop and Douch, Dave Hill Explosion

Bishop and Douch
If you’re not going to see music tonight, here’s two shows worth checking out at UCB tonight.

BISHOP AND DOUCH
WITH SPECIAL GUESTS DAVE HILL, LEO ALLEN, & ANDREW THOMPSON

A night with Bishop and Douch from the UK, performing a mix of their ‘delightfully quirksome’ stand-up and sketch comedy, with help from Leo Allen, Dave Hill, & musical guest Andrew Thompson.

Bishop and Douch are leaving Great Britain for the first time since they were thrown out of Disneyland Paris for fighting with The Lion King’s Rafiki (He started it) just over five years ago. They plan to bring a suitcase full of fun and a killer British smile (they still have most of their own teeth!)

THE DAVE HILL EXPLOSION
WITH IRA GLASS, MOBY & TOUCHING YOU

Writer/performer/musician/comedy-type guy Dave Hill presents “The Dave Hill Explosion,” the show that critics are already calling the most incredible thing that has ever happened in North America. As they say in proctology circles, brace yourself as Dave talks, reads, sings, dances, shows a short film or two, and just sort of touches hearts in general for up to but no longer than 35 minutes straight. Bring the whole family or maybe just someone you’d totally like to bone.
