Pat compared The End of The World to a more subdued Walkmen, and since I can’t come up with anything better right now, I’ll have to agree. All in all, I liked what I heard from these guys, and I’m quite excited to hear the new record.

Went into this show without having really heard any of Passion Pit‘s music, (yet having heard all the hype), and I gotta say, I was won over, these fellas play catchy music. (As an aside, I was listening to some Small Sins this morning, and whenever another synth laden band like Passion Pit starts to blow up, I wonder why an excellent band like SS hasn’t made it bigger.)
