The Wellmont Theatre Opening Night Postponed
Music, News October 27th, 2008The Bowery Presents’ new venue in Montclair NJ, The Wellmont Theatre, was all set to open its newly renovated doors tonight (Oct 27) but it seems that Counting Crows lead singer Adam Duritz has taken sick, so the grand opening has been postponed until tomorrow. (Tickets for Monday night’s shows will be honored on Tuesday.)

• Vampire Weekend at The Wellmont TheatreCounting Crows lead singer Adam Duritz is fighting the flu and will not be able to peform tonight at The Wellmont Theatre. Unfortunately, we will have to postpone tonight’s opening night show, and will reschedule for tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 28. Counting Crows will perform Wednesday, October 29 and Thursday, October 30 as planned. Tickets for tonight’s show night will be honored on Tuesday night, and tickets remain available for the Wednesday and Thursday performances. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you at The Wellmont Theatre tomorrow night.
