UPDATE: If you have not heard by now (11/16/08), your child is NOT a finalist in the 2008 babyGap & GapKids Casting Call contest.
On November 5th, 2008 a couple of commenters reported receiving the following email from ePrize:
The 20 finalists [for the 2008 babyGap & GapKids Casting Call] have been selected and notified. We apologize but we are unable to release any information regarding the finalists.
If you were notified, you probably received an affidavit that looks like the image above (minus the watermark). For those people who are curious, I received an email from another finalist who was just notified today!
PS The voting period begins December 8, 2008.

So the finalists were notified?
Yes, they were all notified by Nov. 5th I believe.
The reason the last person got notified on the 5th is that my son was selected and due to a lost cell phone, they could not get in touch with me and picked an alternate me. I am so upset because I was never contacted via email when they could not reach me via phone. I am sick about it! The photoshoot is this weekend.

How did you ever find out you were selected in the first place?
I have submitted a registration for my daughter for the Baby Gap contest, I have not received a notification if she was selected or not, could you please let me know. She is listed as Leandra [redacted], age 3.
