JD Studio No. 7 Latino
While the economy is in the toilet and the entire world is seemingly falling down around us, it’s reassuring to know that alcoholic beverage companies still want to make us all drunks show us a good time. This year, like last year, Bacardi is set to stage a series of “B-Live” concerts in New York and various places outside of New York. The individual Bacardi lineups are unknown at this point, but the city list has been announced and the NYC show is set to take place on Wednesday, June 17 at an undisclosed location. According to the press release, here’s who could possibly be at the NYC event:
Presenting an exciting line-up, including: Toronto based duo, MSTRKRFT; Fool’s Gold label head and Kanye West DJ, A-Trak; infamous DJ best known for his early career with Will Smith, DJ Jazzy Jeff; the exciting collaboration of Major Lazer featuring Diplo and Switch; Montreal-born DJ and producer, Tiga; New York based dance music producer and remixer, DJ Steve Porter; LA based producer and legendary DJ party rocker, Z-Trip; punk/dance duo from Brooklyn, New York, Matt and Kim; renowned hip-hop artist and singer; Q-Tip; and special guest known for her genre-blending style, Santigold.
Jack Daniels, who is also no stranger to branded beverage events, will be hosting a trio of local JD Studio Latino concerts in Manhattan, Queens, and The Bronx. The Jack Daniels events will take place on April 15, May 2, May 8 and feature Motel/Zoé, Kinky/Pinker Tones, and Taxi Amarillo/Sonido Secreto respectively.
