July, August & September Readings & Bookstore Events (Regina Spektor, Nick Cave, David Byrne, The Fiery Furnaces & More)

David Byrne - Bicycle Diaries Nick Cave - The Death of Bunny Munro

July is a pretty slow month at New York area Barnes & Nobles, but there are a lot of other interesting readings and in-store performances going on around town, especially at the Housing Works Bookstore Cafe. B&N has landed some big fish for August and September though, including musicians/authors Regina Spektor, David Byrne and Nick Cave. (September at NYC area Barnes & Nobles actually looks so good, I’m going to post about it separately at a later date.)
