Iron & Wine – Walking Far From Home (12″ Single)

The new Iron and Wine album entitled Kiss Each Other Clean will be released domestically via Warner Bros. (his new major label) on January 25, 2011. In support of the follow-up to The Shepherd’s Dog, Sam Beam and his band will embark on a US tour which will bring them to the indie-friendly Radio City Music Hall on January 29, 2011 (right after the new album’s release date). Tickets for the Iron and Wine’s Radio City debut go on sale Friday, November 12 at 11AM (as an aside, the schedule also looks like it has some room for a second show). The first music off the new album will be released as a special 12″ Black Friday/Record Store Day single on November 26. The new single will include the tracks, “Walking Far From Home” (from Kiss Each Other Clean), plus two new exclusive songs – “Summer in Savannah” and “Biting Your Tail.”
