Hey folks, exciting news! Blind Pilot‘s new album, We Are The Tide, is currently streaming at NPR.org/firstlisten in advance of its September 13 release date. Their debut record, 3 Rounds And A Sound, was undoubtedly one of my favorite albums of 2008, so I could not be more excited for this new LP. In addition, to the pre-release NPR stream, the band is currently offering the album for pre-order at blindpilotmusic.com in all manner of formats, including standard CD, 180 gram vinyl, digital download and a couple of deluxe bundles. But wait, there’s more, anyone who pre-orders the new album or downloads “Keep You Right” is automatically entered to win a private Blind Pilot concert at his or her house! Last but not least, Blind Pilot planning a big tour in support of WATT (they are going out as a sextet this time), and in that regard, they’ll be playing the Bowery Ballroom on Nov 4 (Buy Tickets) and MHOW on Nov 7 (Buy Tickets).
