UK singer/songwriter Laura Marling is playing two shows (early/late) at the performance art space known as the The McKittrick Hotel (530 West 27th Street, b/w 10th and 11th Aves) on December 11, 2011. It’s the first rock show I’ve heard about being held at this venue, but the space commonly plays host to Sleep No More NYC which is a “Macbeth meets horror show” live theatrical event put on by the UK’s Punchdrunk theater collective. No advance tickets are being put on sale, but limited $25 general admission seating will be available at the door on a first come, first serve basis.
