“Trouble Will Find Me” Out Today | The National Playing 3 “Secret” Shows In NYC

Trouble Will Find Me – The National
The National

Trouble Will Find Me, the new album The National, is out today (May 21) via 4AD. There doing a bunch of cool things to celebrate (which unfortunately I wasn’t able to post until now).

To celebrate release day, we’ve decided to play a few shows at NYC venues that mean a lot to us. You can get details for the first show on Twitter (@The_National) a little later today. At 5:00 pm, we’re playing at Public Assembly. We played some very early shows back when the space was still Galapagos, so we thought it would be fun to revisit the beginnings of the band today. We’ll be giving away tickets for this one, just email troublewillfindmentnl@gmail.com and let us know that you’d like to go. We’ll pick winners later today & you will receive an email confirmation if you are on the guest list by 3:00 pm. At 10 pm tonight, you can find us at Mercury Lounge. It felt really special when we were given our first show there, so we’re going to cap off this day with another great night there. Tickets go on sale at Noon. You can buy them at the Mercury box office or use this link: http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/00004AB4AA2080E8.
