The Full English Tour (08/28/13) at Forest Hills Stadium

After abruptly cancelling their Bonnaroo performance and the rest of their summer tour due to Ted Dwane’s emergency brain surgery, Mumford & Sons have just announced a series of new and rescheduled dates starting in the fall. The band will be playing the long defunct Forest Hills Stadium on Aug 28 with Bear’s Den and The Vaccines. In a recent email blast, the band updated its fans as to Dwane’s recovery:

We are pleased to report that our beloved Ted is back home, where he is making an excellent recovery from his operation and wearing his newly acquired shaven-headed hairstyle with enviable levels of suave.

The upcoming “Full English Tour” will mark the return of Dwane to the band. You can register here for an opportunity to buy tickets to the upcoming shows. Registration closes on July 3 and invites will be sent out from July 8.
