I know the series finale of The Sopranos is tonight, but if you’ve got a DVR handy, I seriously recommend that you check out the awesome lineup of music and comedy happening at Union Hall this evening. Tearing The Veil of Maya starts at 8pm with Eugene Mirman, Michael Showalter and special guests. Then at 9:15 Nils-Emil Svanängen and Loney, Dear make their way back to borough of kings with a headlining set on the basement stage; Brooklyn’s own The Silent League will be supporting. Loney, Noir is one of my favorite albums of the year so far, if you don’t have it yet, I suggest you rectify that situation. Oh yeah, the Loney, Dear show is sold out, but if you don’t have tickets, there will be limited amount available at the door.
