Though Jonny Greenwood and Eddie Vedder were shut out for their respective film work, at least Glen Hansard got the nod for “Falling Slowly” off of the Once Soundtrack.

Ellen Page for Best Actress? Juno for Best Picture? Though I enjoyed the film and I love to see a Haligonian make good, I think both of these noms are a little misplaced.
