The Cold War Kids will take the stage this Friday (06/27) at the Prospect Park Bandshell with Elvis Perkins in Dearland and neighborhood kids made good, Sam Champion. They also just announced shows on October 16 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg and October 15 (on sale 6/28 @ noon) at the larger Bowery Presents venue, Webster Hall (on sale 6/28 @ noon). What they didn’t announce (and this is purely conjecture on my part) is that they might share the stage with some good friends at another Park Slope stage on Friday night. (Is it just me, or isn’t it time for a new record for these kids?)
