We’ve always been pretty big Python fans around here at bumpershine, so I’m pretty excited to be giving away a copy of the brand new Monty Python DVD, Not The Messiah (He’s a Very Naughty Boy). Inspired by The Life of Brian and written by Eric Idle and John Du Prez, Not The Messiah captures a one-night-only live stage spectacle starring a chorus of 140, an orchestra of 80, 5 soloists, 8 bagpipers, and 3 sheep. Performed and recorded at London’s Royal Albert Hall in October 2009, the DVD features classic music and comedy bits by Carol Cleveland, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Neil Innes, Terry Jones and Michael Palin.
