Lilith Fair in Calgary, AB (06/27/10)

Given the plethora of 2-for-1 deals out there and frank talk of “soft ticket sales” by founder Sarah McLachlan, it’s not so surprising that Lilith Fair has decided to bail out of some markets this summer. The following 11 dates have been axed from the LF tour schedule:

The canceled shows are: Salt Lake City (7/12), Montreal (7/23), Raleigh, NC (8/4), Charlotte (8/6), [Atlanta, GA (08/08)], West Palm Beach, FL (8/10), Tampa (8/11), Birmingham, AL (8/12), Austin, TX (8/14), Houston (8/15) and Dallas (8/16). Lilith Fair “New York” is still scheduled for July 31 at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey (Buy Tickets).
