Jónsi Live at The Wiltern (10/17/10)

Move over Vevo, the terminally hip NPR music is getting into the live video streaming space too.

Jónsi will be kicking off his final american tour for his solo debut, go, this week, including a stop at los angeles’ legendary wiltern theater on sunday, october 17th. NPR music will be running a live video webcast of this show in its entirety – a first for the seminal public radio organization’s website – with a second replay of the show the next day – monday october 18th – for east coast fans. the video webcast will begin at 9 pm pst. fans can check it out here: http://npr.org/jonsi_live. The page will also allow fans to chat in real time during the performance, and will feature a special live report from backstage at Jónsi’s show.
