Adele at PCRT (02/11/11)
As I mentioned a few days ago, Adele is playing an invite-only show at the P.C. Richard & Son Theater on Friday, Feb 11. There are a few ways to get tickets to that show, you can enter at the P.C. Richard & Son site, you can enter the iheartmusic.com contest, or you can win two pairs from this site (also courtesy of iheartmusic.com). When I wrote my original post, Adele hadn’t revealed any US gigs, but all that changed today when she announced her North American tour dates, including a show at the Beacon Theater on May 19, 2011. In addition to her P.C. Richard’s gig, Adele also has a few additional promotional appearances scheduled this month: she’ll be on the Today show on Feb 18, Late Show with David Letterman on Feb 21, Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Kimmel Live on Feb 24, The Early Show on Feb 28 and VH1 Unplugged on Mar 4. Adele’s new album 21 is streaming in its entirety until it’s release date on Feb 22 as part of NPR’s First Listen series.
