Well, as expected Elvis is the top gouging ($57.50/$60) artist at Summerstage this year. The one show that I am quite interested in (but probably won’t go to anyway) is Death Cab for Cutie, The Decemberists, and Stars, Thursday, August 18th $30 advance / $35 dos. Despite what some folks say, I don’t feel this particular show is overpriced, Decemberists and Stars can easily charge $15 each, which basically means you’re Death Cab for free. I’m looking forward to seeing the Canada Day lineup, if I get out to one Summerstage show this year, that will probably be it.
