To be honest, I’ve always hated Flickr’s photo navigation (I much prefer Picasa in every way). Why can’t you just click next and see the next photo? Why must I squint at a thumbnail before I decide if I want to see the whole image? Am I the only one with these beefs, or do I just not know how to use it properly? Having said that, Flickr is here to stay and because it’s so popular, it’s always a good resource.
