The UCB NY schedule is often predictable, but occasionally surprising. This week Chelsea’s favorite improv theatre is hosting two nights (July 14-15) with Paper Heart‘s Charlyne Yi who is warming up for her Edinburgh Comedy Festival show in August. Advance reservations are sold out, but you can still line up at the door and take your chances. Tickets are only $5.

Heartthrob Charlyne Yi (Sundance Winner PAPER HEART) will share songs and tales of doomed love, and perhaps woo you with a little magic, if you know what I mean… wink wink.

A Message from Charlyne: I am gonna test some my show out that I am planning to do in Edinburgh in August. I am scared to perform in Edinburgh. I am scared to perform for you, too, haven’t performed in NY in years. Most of all, I am scared of who I’ve become.
